We are looking for an innovative and experienced Senior Manager to take on the dynamic role of Global Loyalty Roadmap at Marriott International. This role requires an individual with a passion for creating and implementing strategic initiatives that drive customer loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term business value. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the global loyalty roadmap and spearheading initiatives that ensure customer loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term business value.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. They should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer loyalty, customer experience, and/or program management.
