Duty Manager

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join the team at Marriott International. The Duty Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the hotel’s staff and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to our guests. The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task and be able to work with a range of different staff members.The right person for this role will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environment. They should have an in-depth knowledge of hotel operations and be an excellent motivator. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, administrative and leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment. They will be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy and be a role model to the staff. A positive and professional approach is essential.
