Job Description

At Marriott International, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative Director, Loyalty Program and Owner Analytics to join our team. This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, a passion for data-driven insights, and a commitment to driving results. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of loyalty program dynamics, owner analytics and the hotel industry. We are looking for a leader who has a strong background in analytics, marketing, and business development, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to effectively develop and execute strategies to drive loyalty program engagement and owner profitability. The Director, Loyalty Program and Owner Analytics will act as a key team member and will bring a positive, collaborative attitude to the table. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, or related field• 7+ years of relevant experience in loyalty program and owner analytics• Proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty program initiatives• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently• Proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams• Experience in the hotel industry is an asset
