Marriott International is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director, Affirmative Action and EEO Compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Affirmative Action and EEO Compliance program across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management, organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct.To be successful in this role, the Director, Affirmative Action and EEO Compliance must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, working with federal and state affirmative action and equal opportunity regulations, as well as a strong understanding of employment law, policy and practice. The successful candidate must also have a track record of successful leadership and the ability to drive change throughout the organization.
