Banquet Floor Manager

Marriott International is seeking an experienced Banquet Floor Manager to join our team and help ensure that our guests have an exceptional event experience. As the Banquet Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our banquet facilities. You will work closely with our chefs, banquet staff, and event planners to ensure that all events run smoothly and all of our guests’ needs are met. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of banquet/event management experience, an excellent working knowledge of food and beverage operations, and strong leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
