Marks and Spencer is searching for an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our store operations team and ensure our stores are running effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful store operations management and possess strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills. A successful Store Operations Manager should have a minimum of five years of store operations experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business, operations management or a related field is preferred.
