Marks and Spencer is looking for a skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about driving operational excellence in store. The successful candidate will have a strong retail background and a proven track record of managing store operations, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Store Operations Manager will be highly organized and have the ability to develop and motivate teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience for our customers.The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in retail or business studies, with a minimum of three years' experience in a store operations role. Experience in a fast-paced retail setting is essential, as is having a good understanding of store operations procedures, customer service, and team development. The ability to lead, motivate and drive performance is a must.
