Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Operations Manager to join the Marks and Spencer team. This role will be critical in supporting the store’s success. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and have a strong understanding of store operations.To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, 5+ years of retail operations experience, and a proven track record of leading and developing a team. You must also have a deep understanding of retail business operations, possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
