Marks and Spencer are looking for a passionate and dedicated Store Operations Manager to join the team to ensure exceptional customer service and product standards in our stores. The successful candidate should possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to multitask, motivate and inspire team members. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail store environment, including experience in leading and developing teams. A retail management qualification and knowledge of merchandise management and store operations processes would be highly desirable. An enthusiasm for driving business growth and a desire to exceed customer expectations are essential for this role.
