  1. Develop and implement effective online trading strategies to drive sales and profitability on all online channels.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless execution of online trading initiatives.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  6. Use data and insights to optimize product assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
  7. Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all online channels.
  8. Stay informed on website performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and work with the Merchandising team to ensure timely and accurate product availability.
  10. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in online trading.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges related to online trading, and work towards finding solutions.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in E-commerce and make recommendations for the company's online strategy.
  13. Collaborate with the Online Trading Manager to create and manage budgets and forecasts for online trading initiatives.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure efficient and effective implementation of online trading strategies.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to online trading and E-commerce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
