- Develop and implement digital analytics strategies and processes to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
- Monitor and analyze data from various sources, including website traffic, customer behavior, and sales patterns, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure accurate and timely implementation of analytics tools and processes.
- Maintain and optimize digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management systems, to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the overall performance of our digital platforms and marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and make recommendations for implementing new tools or processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and educate team members on digital analytics tools and processes to ensure proper implementation and usage across departments.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to data governance efforts to maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Communicate analytics insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital analytics strategies and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Analytics Implementation And Management.
Proficiency In Data Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Ibm Analytics.
Strong Understanding Of Web Development And Coding Languages Such As Html, Javascript, And Sql.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
