Develop & maintain core-strength & process performance capability criteria. Lead research, simulation, justification, recommendation, implementation, & return analysis of capital investment projects. Perform product & process cost & value analysis. Facilitate internal continuous improvement processes and LEAN training. Provide manufacturing technical support to the purchasing department.
