  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services in line with the organization's mission and vision.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to the team of healthcare professionals in order to ensure high-quality and compassionate care for patients.
  3. Collaborate with other department heads and senior leadership to promote a cohesive and integrated approach to healthcare delivery.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services, and implement necessary changes to improve outcomes.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in behavioral health care, and make recommendations for improvements and advancements in services.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to behavioral health services.
  7. Manage the budget for the Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services, including identifying cost-saving measures and maximizing revenue.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships to support the growth and success of the behavioral health services.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the performance and progress of the Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services.

Job Qualifications

  • A Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution, Preferably With A Specialization In Psychiatry Or Behavioral Health.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Management And Development Of Behavioral Health Services.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Behavioral Health Services, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health, Including Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities And Integration Of Mental Health And Primary Care Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Build Relationships With Community Partners And Stakeholders.
