  1. Conduct thorough systems analysis to identify opportunities for technological improvements in patient care.
  2. Utilize expertise in healthcare operations to understand the needs and challenges of our organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that enhance patient care.
  4. Monitor and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  5. Create detailed project plans and timelines for implementing new technology solutions.
  6. Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues with technology systems, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our patient care system.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation and user manuals for new technology systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to healthcare technology.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to identify and implement new technology solutions.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates on project progress and outcomes.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations on technology solutions and their impact on patient care.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with sensitive patient data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Patient Care Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use.

  • Proficiency In Various Programming Languages And Database Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
