This includes coordinating services, advocating for members, and working collaboratively with providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure members receive the best quality of care.The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have at least two years of experience in a managed care environment. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently.
