
Social Event Coordinator

- Plan and execute a variety of events that align with Mainehealth's mission and values.
- Develop event concepts and themes that will engage and attract the community.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Manage event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Secure event venues, vendors, and other necessary resources.
- Create and distribute event invitations, marketing materials, and other promotional materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and sponsors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop event agendas and schedules.
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
- Ensure adherence to all necessary regulations and policies during events.
- Coordinate and supervise event volunteers.
- Collect and analyze event feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Social Media Platforms.
