As a Social Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to use your organizational skills and creativity to plan and execute social events for our organization.   1. Develop and implement strategies for planning and executing social events for Mainehealth, including but not limited to employee appreciation events, community outreach events, and fundraising events.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to determine event goals, objectives, and budget.
  3. Source and secure event venues, vendors, and entertainment within budget constraints.
  4. Create and manage event timelines, schedules, and logistical details to ensure successful and timely execution of events.
  5. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and increase attendance.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to enhance event partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
  7. Oversee event registration, ticket sales, and RSVPs, and manage event budgets and financial transactions.
  8. Coordinate event set-up and breakdown, including decorations, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and sponsors, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after events.
  10. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement for future events.
  11. Stay up-to-date on event planning industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mainehealth at events and in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure events are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall positive team culture at Mainehealth.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the reputation of Mainehealth through exceptional event planning and execution.

Job Qualifications
