We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator, specializing in Hematologic Malignancies. In this role, you will play a critical role in conducting and coordinating clinical trials for patients with blood cancers, contributing to the development of new and innovative treatments.   1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical trials for patients with hematologic malignancies, including patient recruitment, consent, and follow-up care.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely implementation of clinical trial protocols.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical trial data, including patient records, lab results, and adverse events.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and protocols for conducting clinical trials, including obtaining necessary approvals and reporting requirements.
  5. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and research sponsors to facilitate open communication and adherence to study protocols.
  6. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the clinical trial process, including potential risks and benefits.
  7. Monitor patient responses and report any adverse events or changes in condition to the research team and regulatory bodies as required.
  8. Collaborate with the research team to analyze and interpret data from clinical trials and assist in the preparation of research publications.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on advancements in oncology and clinical research.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and research sponsors.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of Maine.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Oncology And/Or Hematology.

  • Previous Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In Oncology Or Hematologic Malignancies.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.
