Job Description

Mainehealth is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Regulatory Affairs Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality and safety programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.   1. Develop and implement quality and safety programs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and assess current regulatory standards and make recommendations for updates or changes as needed.
  3. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of quality and safety programs.
  5. Conduct training and education programs for staff to promote understanding and compliance with regulatory standards.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for all regulatory agencies and maintain positive relationships.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulatory standards to ensure compliance.
  8. Analyze data and provide reports on the effectiveness of quality and safety programs.
  9. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare organizations and professionals to share best practices and improve overall quality and safety in healthcare.
  11. Lead and manage a team of regulatory affairs professionals to ensure successful implementation of quality and safety programs.
  12. Act as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support on regulatory compliance.
  13. Communicate regulatory updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  14. Ensure that all documentation and processes are in place to meet regulatory requirements.
  15. Uphold a strong commitment to patient care and safety in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Regulatory Affairs.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Regulatory Affairs Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Quality And Safety In Healthcare.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality And Safety Programs, Including Conducting Audits And Ensuring Compliance With Regulations And Standards.
