As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing various research projects within our organization.   1. Develop and manage project plans for multiple research projects within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with researchers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to identify project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  5. Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within allocated resources.
  6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to healthcare research.
  8. Monitor and track project milestones, tasks, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely project completion.
  9. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes.
  11. Provide leadership and support to project team members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Prepare and present project reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and healthcare research.
  14. Uphold the organization's values and mission, and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to project management and healthcare research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Research It Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Research Processes And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Irb.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex It Projects, Including Budgeting And Resource Allocation.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
