- Represent the department and Mainehealth in meetings and conferences.
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the department.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of department activities and operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee staff schedules and assignments.
- Collaborate with other Practice Supervisors to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and dedication to patient care.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the department.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sports Surgery Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Surgical Techniques And Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Active And Current Licensure As A Registered Nurse Or Healthcare Professional In The State Of Maine.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, Preferably In A Surgical Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
