Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking a leadership role in pediatrics? Mainehealth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and oversee operations at our pediatric clinics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of quality pediatric care to our community. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including staffing, financial management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric healthcare management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of pediatric clinics within Mainehealth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of quality pediatric care.
  3. Manage and coordinate staffing needs, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  4. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  5. Monitor and manage financial operations, including budgeting and expense control.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  8. Communicate regularly with staff to provide updates, address any concerns, and ensure a positive work environment.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in pediatric healthcare management.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  13. Represent the clinics and Mainehealth in a professional manner to patients, families, and the community.
  14. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  15. Serve as a role model for the clinic staff, demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a passion for pediatric healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
