As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our pediatric practice.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the pediatric practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice operations.
  3. Manage and maintain the practice budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise practice staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the practice, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and healthcare organizations to ensure seamless patient care.
  8. Monitor patient satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care and improve practice processes.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and developments in pediatric healthcare to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the practice and Mainehealth leadership, providing regular updates on practice operations and performance.
  12. Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, discuss any issues or concerns, and solicit feedback.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized practice records, including financial and operational data.
  14. Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making, addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  15. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Pediatric Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Providing High-Quality Patient Care.
