  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Dermatology department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.
  2. Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and increase efficiency within the department.
  4. Manage and monitor the department budget, ensuring financial stability and adherence to financial goals.
  5. Collaborate with other practice managers and healthcare leaders to identify and implement best practices for the department.
  6. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to maintain high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
  8. Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the department and other departments within the organization, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and advancements in dermatology to ensure the department remains at the forefront of healthcare services.
  12. Handle any patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve patient satisfaction.
  13. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the department, providing opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  14. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and respect.
  15. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and maintain the highest level of ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In Dermatology.

  • Knowledge Of Dermatology Clinic Operations, Billing And Coding, And Electronic Medical Records Systems.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management.
