  1. Provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in the field of internal medicine.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and medical history.
  3. Conduct thorough physical examinations and accurately diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Physician Specializing In Internal Medicine Must Have A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In Internal Medicine By The American Board Of Internal Medicine (Abim) Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Internal Medicine (Aobim).

  • State Medical License: All Physicians Practicing In Maine Must Hold A License From The Maine Board Of Licensure In Medicine.

  • Residency Training: Completion Of A Three-Year Internal Medicine Residency Program Is Required For This Position. Preference May Be Given To Candidates Who Have Completed Their Residency Training At A Reputable Institution.

  • Relevant Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Internal Medicine, With A Focus On Primary Care And Preventive Medicine. Experience In A Hospital Or Clinic Setting Is Preferred.
