- Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and obtaining required documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care and treatment.
- Monitor and maintain patient records, including insurance and billing information.
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information accurately.
