  1. Oversee all aspects of the patient registration and admission process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of patient access staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline patient access processes and improve overall patient satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of patient information and timely processing of admissions.
  5. Monitor and analyze patient access data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  6. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve any issues related to access and billing.
  7. Manage patient financial counseling and assistance programs to ensure patients are informed about their financial responsibilities and receive appropriate assistance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines.
  9. Communicate with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions and provide necessary support and assistance.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by seeking out feedback and implementing changes as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Patients.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Systems And Other Relevant Technology.
