Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Nursing Professional Development Specialist At Mainehealth Should Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Will Provide The Necessary Foundation In Nursing Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Perform In This Role.
Active Nursing License: The Candidate Should Have An Active And Unrestricted Nursing License In The State Of Maine. This Is A Requirement To Practice As A Nurse And Is Essential For The Nursing Professional Development Specialist Role.
Certification In Professional Development: Mainehealth Prefers Candidates Who Have A Certification In Professional Development, Such As The Nursing Professional Development (Npd) Certification From The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc).
