Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and personable Nursing Professional Development Specialist to join our team at Mainehealth. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional development and educational programs for nurses and other clinical staff. You will collaborate with nurse leaders, educators, and other healthcare providers to ensure that our staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.The successful candidate will have a passion for professional development, knowledge of best practices in nursing education, and excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field, and experience working in a healthcare or educational setting.
