  1. Greet and welcome patients to Mainehealth with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visit.
  3. Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic medical procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including health history and treatment plans.
  5. Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  6. Educate patients on occupational health and safety practices and promote wellness in the workplace.
  7. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  8. Collaborate with the Occupational Health team to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.
  9. Keep medical supplies and equipment stocked and organized.
  10. Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  11. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for patients and staff.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members.
  13. Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  14. Uphold Mainehealth's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
  15. Serve as an ambassador for Mainehealth and promote a positive image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Credential.

  • Knowledge Of Occupational Safety And Health Administration (Osha) Regulations And Requirements.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Occupational Health Software.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Working With Patients And Healthcare Providers.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
