We seek an individual who is driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented with proven problem-solving and communication skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving process engineering initiatives to improve existing processes and ensure the reliability, safety, and quality of our products. The Manager - Process Engineer will be closely collaborating with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization, as well as with external customers and suppliers.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least five years of relevant experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or a related field. A strong understanding of process engineering principles and demonstrated success working in a highly regulated environment are also essential for this position.
