  1. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the environmental services department.

  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

  7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to environmental services.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and implement new strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports related to environmental services.
  12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  13. Serve as a role model for professionalism and customer service.
  14. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating new environmental services staff.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve departmental processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Health Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Services, Including Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Environmental Health And Safety Policies And Procedures.
