Laundry Associate - Linen Processing

MaineHealth is seeking a reliable and motivated Laundry Associate to join our Linen Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens within the hospital. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the highest quality of linen processing, this job is for you!Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• At least one year of experience in a commercial laundry or healthcare laundry environment• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time• Basic computer skills• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
