  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at Mainehealth facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and develop effective solutions.
  3. Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while performing HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  5. Respond promptly to service calls and work efficiently to resolve issues.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary HVAC parts and equipment.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  11. Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  12. Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize HVAC systems for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Installation, Maintenance, And Repair.

  • Possession Of A Valid Hvac Technician License, Certification, Or Training From A Recognized Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hvac Systems, Including Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, And Refrigeration.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Manuals Related To Hvac Equipment.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Issues With Hvac Systems.
