  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in various healthcare facilities to ensure optimal functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve problems.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with facility staff to identify and address HVAC needs and concerns.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems, including documenting any issues or concerns that may arise.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all HVAC equipment and systems used in Mainehealth facilities, including staying up-to-date on new technology and advancements in the industry.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  7. Work with other HVAC technicians and contractors as needed to complete projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Utilize excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and professional experience for patients, staff, and visitors.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve technical skills and stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly storing tools and equipment, and disposing of waste materials in a safe and responsible manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Hvac Training Program: Candidates For The Hvac Technician Job At Mainehealth Should Have Completed An Accredited Hvac Training Program, Such As A Technical School, Community College, Or Trade School. This Ensures That They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.

  • Relevant Work Experience: Mainehealth Looks For Candidates Who Have Previous Work Experience In The Hvac Field. This Could Include Experience In Commercial Or Residential Hvac Systems, As Well As Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Various Hvac Equipment.
