- Implement and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand their needs and develop solutions to enhance their processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to the HRIS system.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on the use of the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security regulations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS system and make necessary updates and improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS systems to suggest innovative solutions to improve HR processes.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders.
- Participate in the implementation of new HR initiatives and projects, providing expertise on the HRIS system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records for all employees.
- Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the HRIS system.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HRIS data and information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to HRIS system usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the HRIS system integrates seamlessly with other systems and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Hris Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Hris Software Such As Workday, Oracle Hcm, Or Sap Successfactors.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users.
