As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about optimizing HR operations to join our dynamic and dedicated team.   1. Implement and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  2. Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to understand their needs and develop solutions to enhance their processes.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to the HRIS system.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on the use of the HRIS system.
  6. Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security regulations.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS system and make necessary updates and improvements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS systems to suggest innovative solutions to improve HR processes.
  9. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders.
  10. Participate in the implementation of new HR initiatives and projects, providing expertise on the HRIS system.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records for all employees.
  12. Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the HRIS system.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all HRIS data and information.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to HRIS system usage.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the HRIS system integrates seamlessly with other systems and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Hris Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Hris Software Such As Workday, Oracle Hcm, Or Sap Successfactors.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users.
