4. Coordinate and schedule appointments with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, mental health therapists, and specialists.
5. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure culturally competent and inclusive care for transgender and gender-nonconforming patients.
6. Assist patients with navigating insurance coverage and financial resources for gender-affirming care.
7. Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding gender identity, healthcare options, and community support.

9. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
