We are looking for a passionate and highly organized Executive Assistant - Ambulatory to join the Mainehealth team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Ambulatory Executive Team. The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The successful Executive Assistant - Ambulatory will have a minimum of two years of administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to delivering quality service. If you have a passion for assisting executives and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
