3. Collaborate with community organizations, businesses, and other resources to identify job opportunities and establish partnerships.
4. Provide individualized support and counseling to clients throughout the employment process.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and employment outcomes.
6. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on job search techniques, resume building, and interview skills.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and ensure client success.
8. Stay updated on current employment trends, laws, and regulations related to vocational services.
9. Advocate for clients' rights and accommodations in the workplace.
10. Collaborate with other members of the Vocational Services team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
11. Participate in team meetings and provide input on program development and improvement.
12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and their information.
13. Serve as a positive role model and represent Mainehealth with integrity and professionalism.
