We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team and support individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful and fulfilling employment opportunities.   1. Provide individualized support and guidance to individuals with disabilities in achieving their career goals.
  2. Conduct career assessments and develop personalized employment plans for each individual.
  3. Collaborate with employers and community organizations to identify and secure job opportunities for individuals.
  4. Assist individuals with resume writing, job search, and interview preparation.
  5. Advocate for individuals with disabilities in the workplace and ensure their accommodations are met.
  6. Monitor and track progress towards employment goals for each individual.
  7. Provide ongoing support and mentoring to individuals in their new job roles.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided.
  9. Stay current on best practices and strategies for supporting individuals with disabilities in the workforce.
  10. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure holistic support for clients.
  11. Provide resources and referrals to individuals for additional support services as needed.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in working with individuals and their employment journeys.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve services to meet the needs of individuals and the community.
  14. Represent the organization and its values in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of all individuals and their personal information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Vocational Services, Job Placement, Or Career Counseling.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Individuals Of Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
