  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the goals and objectives of the medical practices within Mainehealth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of practice managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practices, including financial management, staffing, and patient satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with medical providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance practice efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community partners.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  8. Develop and oversee budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics for the medical practices.
  9. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience and increase operational efficiency.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.
  12. Represent Mainehealth in community events and actively promote the organization's mission and values.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  14. Respond to patient complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
  15. Collaborate with other departments within Mainehealth to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Large Healthcare System Or Multi-Specialty Practice Setting.

  • A Strong Understanding Of Practice Management Principles, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Strategic Planning, And Quality Improvement.

  • Excellent Leadership Abilities, With A Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing Teams.

  • A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • A Proven Ability To Develop And Maintain Positive Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
