  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive donor engagement and stewardship strategy in line with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Manage and cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  3. Create and maintain a donor recognition program to acknowledge and thank donors for their contributions.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize funding needs and opportunities.
  5. Plan and execute events and initiatives to engage and educate donors about the organization's impact and ongoing needs.
  6. Oversee the timely and accurate acknowledgment of all donations and maintain accurate donor records.
  7. Create and manage a donor communication plan, including regular updates, impact reports, and personalized correspondence.
  8. Work closely with the fundraising team to identify and pursue potential major gift opportunities.
  9. Develop and manage a budget for donor engagement and stewardship activities.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in donor engagement and stewardship, and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Represent the organization at community events and meetings to promote donor engagement and stewardship.
  12. Supervise and provide guidance to staff members responsible for donor stewardship activities.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create and distribute donor-related materials and publications.
  14. Continuously evaluate and report on the effectiveness of donor engagement and stewardship efforts.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in fundraising and donor relations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Communications, Marketing, Or Nonprofit Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Donor Engagement And Stewardship, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Nonprofit Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Steward Donors At All Levels.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Donor Engagement Strategies And Programs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Securing Major Gifts, Managing Donor Recognition And Stewardship Activities, And Building Strong Partnerships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
