  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive wellness program for the care team members at Mainehealth.
  2. Lead and manage the wellness program, ensuring its effectiveness in promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and leaders to assess and address the specific wellness needs of the care team.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in promoting wellness and overall well-being in healthcare settings.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to care team wellness, in collaboration with HR and other relevant departments.
  6. Organize and lead wellness events and activities, such as workshops, seminars, and fitness classes.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of the wellness program and make necessary adjustments to ensure its success.
  8. Provide support and resources to care team members who may be struggling with their physical or emotional well-being.
  9. Foster a culture of wellness and self-care within the care team, promoting the importance of taking care of oneself in order to provide the best care for patients.
  10. Serve as a resource and advocate for care team members, addressing any concerns or issues related to wellness in the workplace.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and resources to enhance the wellness program and provide additional support for care team members.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to care team wellness and incorporate them into the program as appropriate.
  13. Train and educate other leaders and team members on the importance of care team wellness and how to support it.
  14. Maintain accurate records and data related to the wellness program and provide regular reports to management.
  15. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the care team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Similar Role

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Wellness Programs For Healthcare Professionals
