
Clinical Practice Manager (RN) - Women's Health

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Women's Health department
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
- Monitor and maintain department budgets and resources
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and experiences
- Stay up-to-date on current women's health practices, trends, and guidelines
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and management to address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Coordinate and participate in staff education and training programs
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Represent the Women's Health department in meetings and committees as needed
- Provide support to patients and their families by addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the department
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Active Rn License In The State Of Maine
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Women's Health Nursing
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role
Strong Knowledge Of Women's Health Issues And Current Best Practices In Clinical Care
