• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Women's Health department
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
• Monitor and maintain department budgets and resources
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and experiences
