We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join MaineHealth. This position is critical in providing clinical support, drug therapy, and medication management services to patients. The Clinical Pharmacist will serve as an expert in the clinical application of pharmacotherapeutic principles and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, as well as current licensure in the state of Maine. A passion for delivering high quality patient care and a thorough knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their clinical applications are essential.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also required.
