Clinical Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse (RN) to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Mainehealth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for providing compassionate care to newborns and their families. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in the NICU. They must be able to work collaboratively with parents and other healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality of care for newborns. The Clinical Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care should be empathetic, with excellent communication and organizational skills.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine• At least two years of experience in the NICU• Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing standards and practices• Excellent oral and written communication skills• A high degree of empathy and understanding• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
