  1. Provide comprehensive care and support to pregnant individuals and their families.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate Centering Pregnancy group sessions.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality prenatal care for patients.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to promote positive birth outcomes.
  5. Educate patients and their families on prenatal care, birth options, and postpartum care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Monitor and track patient progress and outcomes.
  8. Implement and adhere to all relevant healthcare policies and procedures.
  9. Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the Centering Pregnancy program.
  11. Prepare and present educational materials for group sessions.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  13. Attend trainings and conferences to stay updated on current trends and best practices in maternal health.
  14. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Nursing Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Centering Pregnancy Coordinator. This Demonstrates A Solid Understanding Of Healthcare And Provides The Necessary Knowledge To Effectively Coordinate And Manage The Program.

  • Prior Experience In Maternal Health Or Prenatal Care: Experience In Maternal Health Or Prenatal Care Is A Crucial Qualification For A Centering Pregnancy Coordinator. This Experience Shows A Familiarity With The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Pregnant Women, As Well As The Ability To Provide Appropriate Support And Resources.

Therefore, A Candidate With Prior Experience Or Training In The Model Would Be Highly Desirable.
