In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized exercise plans for patients recovering from heart conditions. Your expertise and compassionate approach will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their optimal cardiovascular health. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field, as well as a Certification in Cardiac Rehabilitation.   1. Develop and implement personalized exercise plans for patients recovering from heart conditions.
  2. Utilize knowledge of exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation to assist patients in improving their heart health.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  4. Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust exercise plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on the importance of exercise for heart health and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and adhere to safety standards.
  8. Stay current on advancements and developments in cardiac rehabilitation to continuously improve patient care.
  9. Provide a compassionate and supportive environment for patients to aid in their recovery.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  11. Adhere to all policies and procedures set by the organization.
  12. Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses as required for the position.
  13. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the cardiac rehabilitation program and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Act as a role model for healthy behaviors and promote a positive and healthy work environment.
  15. Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the position.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Or Related Field

  • Current Certification As A Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Cep) Through The American College Of Sports Medicine (Acsm)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In Cardiac Rehabilitation Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Cardiac Conditions, Exercise Prescription, And Risk Stratification

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
