  1. Conduct initial assessments of patients struggling with weight and wellness issues, using evidence-based methods to identify underlying behavioral health concerns.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, addressing both physical and behavioral health needs.
  3. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to support patients in achieving their weight and wellness goals.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  6. Provide education and resources to patients and their families to support long-term behavioral health and lifestyle changes.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
  8. Stay current on research and developments in the field of behavioral health and weight management to continuously improve treatment methods.
  9. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients.
  10. Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their physical and mental well-being and empowering them to take control of their health.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Counseling.

  • State Licensure As A Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Lcpc).

  • Experience Working With Individuals With Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, And/Or Weight Management Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatments And Interventions For Behavioral Health Concerns.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Establish Trust With Clients.
