  1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify and analyze behavioral challenges in clients of all ages.
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on evidence-based behavioral analysis techniques.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  5. Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers, offering strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
  6. Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis to continuously improve treatment methods.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
  9. Uphold ethical standards and guidelines in all aspects of work, including confidentiality and client rights.
  10. Participate in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and collaborate on treatment plans.
  11. Act as a resource and mentor to other staff members, providing guidance and support in the area of behavior analysis.
  12. Continuously strive to promote positive behavior change and improve the quality of life for clients with behavioral challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba) Certification

  • Master's Degree In Applied Behavior Analysis Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Individuals With Developmental Disabilities Or Behavioral Challenges

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Evidence-Based Behavioral Interventions And Techniques

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, Both With Clients And Interdisciplinary Team Members
